Bose Sounddock

The Bose Sounddock has been around for a while now and by all accounts most owners will sing it's praises willingly. The Sounddock is basicly a system that allows you to get Bose quality music from your iPod, Nano or iPod mini. Of course there are other ways of hooking up your iPod to a stereo system and maybe getting even better sound for less money, but you can't argue with the style in which the Sounddock achieves it's aim. The Sounddock comes with it's own remote control, so that you can switch tracks and change volume from the comfort of your sofa, and, as long as the iPod sits in the dock, it will be recharging. Available in Black or White to grace any high-tech living room, the Sounddock has already become something of a must-have iPod accessory. Some reviewers comment on the lack of a radio (preferably DAB) and CD playback option and others would like to see some indication of the volume set on the device. Main features of the Bose Sounddock are :

  • Stereo playback system for Apple iPod devices
  • Estimated 50-55 Watts power
  • Size: 16.9 x 30.3 x 16.5 cm
  • Weight: 2.1 kg
  • includes remote control
  • iPod NOT included
  • 249 RRP
  • no Aux input to connect your PC or TV
  • no facility to Sync the iPod while it's in the Dock
